★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personelle pas fiable.....jai vendu mes reer le 17 avril et ont ma dit ce serait pas long et le 29 avril Jai toujours pas recu mon argent....tu appelle au servuce a clientel pie tu te fait transferer dun departement a un autre. ..tu commence en français et on te transfert en englais.....bravo compagnie de caca
Personelle not reliable ..... I sold my reer on April 17 and told me it would not be long and April 29 I still have not received my money .... you call the servuce a clientel pie you do transfer a department to another. ..tu starts in french and we transfer you in english ..... bravo poop company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le genre de compagnie que l'armée paie pour ses membres mais qui ne veut jamais rien payé et rend le tout difficile d'accès!!!Font de l'argent sur le dos du monde!!Ne devrait même pas exister et dès qu'on peu retourner avec la RAMQ on va le faire!!
The kind of company that the military pays for its members but never wants to pay anything and makes it hard to get to !!! Make money off the world !! Shouldn't even exist and as soon as 'we can go back with the RAMQ we will do it !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service à la clientèle que j'ai vu de ma vie.... Quand on veut faire des changements sur notre police d'assurance, faut les contacter plusieurs fois avant que ça se fasse. C'est nimporte quoi.
Worst customer service I've seen in my life .... When we want to make changes to our insurance policy, contact them several times before it happens. It's anything.

Mon conseiller me rappelle en dedans de 30 minutes, service ;ala clientèle dans les herues qui suivent, les réclamations sont exécutées par application mobile ou directement de mon compte via le web et le remboursement se fait 99.9% du temps en mois de 48 heures même parfois j'oublie d'envoyer les documents demandés, ils me remboursent et me font un petit rapel decourtoisie très gentillement et sans aucune pression. J'ai eu dans le passé des assurances collectives avec la Capitale et Manuvie puis je vous garantie que Financières Sun Life est de loin la meilleure que je recommande.
Despite the bad comments, my experience is extraordinary. My advisor calls me back within 30 minutes, service; to the customers in the following herues, the complaints are executed by mobile application or directly from my account via the web and the refund is made 99.9% of the time in months of 48 hours even sometimes I forget to send the requested documents, they reimburse me and give me a little courtesy reminder very kindly and without any pressure. I have had group insurance with La Capitale and Manulife in the past, then I can assure you that Sun Life Financial is by far the best I recommend.
