I usually will go to the other cold beer and wine stores that are local as I find your prices are at least 3 dollars more then gov liquor stores or nearby wine stores . I have found over the years that the staff are pleasant . I recently about 2 yrs ago left the retail trade so I am very familiar about it . I am now working in an office . I have seen some loyal staff who have been there for so long and they seem so burnt out . Just through experience. I do believe you have a wonderful bunch of staff members that might need some type of incentive. Working in retail is draining and working in a liquor store dealing with all those types of people must be frustrating . But they are always so pleasant. I also had the privilege of chatting with the Manager she is also very personable and helpful as well . Lovely lady . Your staff are exceptional . I have been to many stores clothing, liquor ,grocery etc... and I Find the customer service is appalling. So I need to tell you how lucky you are to have great staff . I do hope what I have said will make a difference as people need holidays , raises , xmas parties, and overall just appreciation . Hang on to your employes that are good . His vibe was soo like he hates his whole entire existence. I just smiled and knew this guy is a bitter person. He didn't even say a word to me at the counter. I said can i get this please, thank yooou when he placed the bottle on the counter and i said thank you when I left. Not a word. There's so many places nearby that are much cheaper and nicer to buy booze from. I always give them a $1-2 dollar tip every time i go there. I frequented this place for a bit, but screw it now. He's gonna be a bitter miserable person for life.
