Sapin-sapin is a layered glutinous rice and coconut dessert in Philippine cuisine. It is made from rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, water, flavoring and coloring. It is usually sprinkled with latik or toasted desiccated coconut flakes sprinkled on top. Pm for order.

They have everything I need from snacks to everyday household items to ingredients when making Filipino food and lots more. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They help you with whatever you need and even give you tips on making Filipino dishes. Highly recommend. Grateful to have them in town.
