Not only did she have me back in the crossfit gym and on my mountain bike within a few months of massage and instructions for exercise to do at home, she also helped me correct my posture, ensuring that future injuries are less likely. I highly recommend her services.

Perfect for athletes that train often or those with physically demanding jobs. Also a wealth of knowledge to provide for healing and training modifications.

It’s important to me to work with people who are fit and lead active lifestyles as they understand the need to get back to activity without pain and discomfort. There is never a “you should just stop doing what causes you pain” and always a “we are going to find the cause of the pain/discomfort and solve it so you can get back to life” mentality from Emily.
