A	Amina Bushra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING TO ALL NEW AND FUTURE FIELDGATE HOMEOWNERS I bought a house from Fieldgate in Vaughan. My first home. This year in summer, I discovered that a hidden internal leak is happening in the roof above the porch. Reported it to Tarion. Inspector came and said that he can't approve it as a defect since nothing is leaking out. We provided pictures, showing the internal leak, causing permanent damage to the plywood which is holding the roof. Still our claim was rejected. We are very surprised at Tarion because how would a homeowner know that there is a hidden internal leak happening somewhere in the roof. If Tarion can't provide coverage for such cases. It is a humble suggestion that they should add a new guideline to their existing list, "Upon possession, a homeowner must tear open their house to check for any hidden internal leaks in their new house." Terrible Experience. Since we bought this house, there were tons of issues which were reported from time to time to the builder. Very disappointed with the building qulaity of Fieldgate homes. Never ever will buy or recommend Fieldgate.

I have experienced twice with them.1- i went to highway 27 sales office and there was a fat lady sitting on the desk, she is not at all interested in helping. I asked about the houses , she said you can check online. She is extremely unprofessional. She should be fired from the job. This fat lady i have seen twice behaving like that with me.
R	Ray Ray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad builder . Back in april 2019 i was line line for more than 30 hours and when i actually get in they already sold 18 units out of 50 before launching. All the units were available till the last day it was on there list till before launch day. I asked what happened to those 18 units. That stupid feildgate employee told me that those are sold to employee . I said are you kidding me , i was in line for more than 30 hours to hear that. They made me crazy . I just wanted to hit the glases over there . Stay away from this builder
A	Asher S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood in line for their recent New Klienburg release for over 36 hours and secured one of the first 6 places to get in to book home for my family to find out that the builder had already sold all the premium lots before even the official release. I find it very unethical as they were advertising all these lots up until the last day and the girl behind the counter confirmed to me that these lots are available. I have a young family so it wasn't easy to be away from home for days in the rain and cold. This is in addition to not releasing the price list before hand. After getting in on the day of release and being surprised by the fact that all of our preferred lots are sold through back door before hand, the attitude of the sales staff was deplorable. I am surprised that this builder and the industry doesn't see anything wrong with letting people with young families line up outside in the elements for days, spending time away from small kids and family, just to find out that the builder made back room deals and sold the lots before official release date.
k	khosro kazerooni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved in to a brand new house in 2014, in 2019 harsh wind damaged the roof and on 2020 found some mould inside garage and one of the rooms window, calles for Tarion, they responded fast but did not cover none. Small roofing companies cover their job for 10 to 15 years but fieldgates do not.
E	Elena Nesterenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive homes, poor job, dangerous and expensive damage, no chance to stop water without 911 Poor job in very important key points. The way they have done plumbing in the basement (the pipe just before the vent simply came out) - this ruined all our basement renovation. Lots of damage. Thanks to the fire department they where able to take it under control. And thanks no one got damaged. It was lot's of water without any chance to stop it without 911, fire department and then city.
