★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't write reviews, but the service at this location has really levelled up. They have suggested a few new add ons that have really elevated my salads. I've been trying different salads and nothing compares at field and social. The peach salad has become my favourite. Also, doesn't hurt that the staff are super cheerful. Price can seem a little steep but its a huge salad that I can spread out to two meals or split with my hubby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good salads, overpriced though. Slightly disappointed no one’s wearing masks anymore, especially since workers are speaking directly over the food containers.
No longer mandatory for indoors, but would’ve preferred to keep seeing this practiced for food preparers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been looking for a good salad spot in Vancouver and Field & Social has become my new go-to. I've only been twice but I've loved both salads (chicken tostada and singson). The atmosphere is good with chill music, so it's nice to eat in-store.

The one star review does not reflect my opinion of the food and staff (both 5 stars… I’ve always had an excellent experience with the staff that work here and would give them 5.5 stars if it was possible)
Recently the company has decided they do not want to wash dishes and make the environmentally responsible decision, and instead now only offer single use disposable and “recyclable” lids and forks with paper bowls. Recyclable only means that it takes 100 years for the plastic to break down instead of 200 years: This is a disappointment since I often eat inside of the restaurant and so do a lot of other regulars…. Right now with global warming and environmental issues it’s a very insensitive time to make a switch to only offering one time use containers for people that eat at the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super yummy! We swung by for a quick lunch bite and loved it! All the food was well presented in compostable or resuable packing and utensils.
The Thai Peanut Salad (Vegan) was superb, very fresh and vibrant flavors with a great well rounded portion of wholesome ingredients. The satay was also pretty up to scratch and a nice touch. The Tempeh was dope and cooked and seasonsed to perfection for an awesome texture and exciting flavor. My only complaint that even though it was medium level of dressing, was still a bit too heavy handed with the satay and quite soggy and constantly reaching for napkins.
The Juice Truck Cold Pressed Juice was also very fresh and upbeat, although pretty pricey as seven bucks for a teeny bottle.
Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookie, flawless and tasted incredible.. a delicious way to top off lunch!
