K	Krista S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyers BEWARE! I ordered over $2,500 worth of ski gear at Sport Chek. One of the packages was missing two ski bindings (they forgot to include them before shipping). Called Sportchek and they opened up an “investigation”. They refused to send out the missing items and would not cancel/refund my order until the outcome of their investigation. Any other retailer would have resolved this issue immediately. Just go to reviews[dot]io and look for Sportchek reviews, this is a common problem. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not waste your money here, go to any other store that actually cares about their customers.

A	Alanna L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase online Atmosphere and even more frustrated with how the refund process is being handled. I placed an order online Nov 22, 2021 for a $400 tent and was shipped the wrong item ($80 ice skates). I immediately contacted customer service to start the refund process (that involved even 2 different phone calls). The incorrect item was returned to the warehouse on Nov 29th (signature to prove delivery). It has now been over 50 days since my return was delivered at the warehouse and I still have not received any communication from customer service or my refund of $400 - an error that was made on their part at their warehouse! There has not been any communication whatsoever, not even a simple "we received your return at our warehouse - please be patient with us etc.". I have made multiple calls and have been told that it is now a 45 day wait for refunds - but nothing is mentioned on their website. This was an error made by the company - at their warehouse - not an error made by the customer but yet I am still expected to wait and potentially pay interest on my credit card while I wait for my refund! I still don't have $400 and I don't have a product! Buyer beware if you make a large purchase online with any of the FGL Sports companies - hope you get the correct item and never have to deal with customer service because you will be waiting a long time for a refund!
