La poignée de porte a mal été installée par l'entrepreneur mais on ne s'en était pas apperçu tout de suite étant donné que nous étions en mesure d'ouvrir et de fermer la porte sans problème jusqu'au jours ou la poignée est tombée. À ce moment, on a constaté que les vis utilisés n'étaient pas les bonnes car elles sont clairement trop courtes. Quand nous avons contacté Vitrerie Répentigny ils ont refusé d' envoyer un technicien sans frais pour réparer leur erreur. JE NE RECOMMENDERAI JAMAIS À PERSONNE de faire affaire avec cette enterprise!
 After sales service is non-existent. The door handle was incorrectly installed by the contractor but we did not notice it right away as we were able to open and close the door without problem until the day the handle fell off . At this time, it was found that the screws used were not the correct ones as they are clearly too short. When we contacted Vitrerie Repentigny they refused to send a technician free of charge to repair their error. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE to do business with this company!

´une dimension 6’x10’, a trois vitres d’épaisseur. Les installateurs sont d’une compétence à toute épreuve, et travail c’est bien déroulé. Le seul bémol c’est que l’installation à été effectué au mois de février, pas le choix a cause de la covid. Je recommande fortement cette équipe.

´a dimension 6’x10’, has three panes of thickness. The installers are extremely competent, and the job went well. The only downside is that the installation was carried out in February, no choice because of the covid. I highly recommend this team.
