If you need extra headaches, this is the company for you. The name of our rep is Pierre desjardins and a registered letter was sent to mr Turcotte. Still no reply from you guys
M	Matthew Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality windows. I have had 4 fenergic windows replaced in my condo because of condensation (windows were not even 4 years old). And I have 2 more that require replacing just 1 year later. Although under warranty, they charge over $120 per service order. Why are your windows of such poor quality and keep failing? Very unhappy customer.

Called the company because this has to be a defective product. After sending pictures and explaining that there was no abuse on the door to Pierre Desjardin, he assured me a follow up about the quality of the product. Today, I got an email from Marie Beauchaine with a 500 dollar submission to change 2 window frame on the door, this because the warranty is only 1 year on the frame. I don't want to pay 500 dollars every 4 years or so just to make sure this product is not cracked. This product is not worth buying in the first place.
Z	Zangdaarr Mortpartout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Windows have a 10 years warranty but you have to pay the man hours. Only the material are covered. This is the first time I see that, a covered defect implies company responsibility, you should never have to pay the guy who comes do the repair. This put aside, their process is extremely weird and at some point I wondered if I was going to have an appointment. However things went well and my window repaired. Material cost was probably around 10$, so basically I paid for my under warranty repair.

But many of my windows developed condensation before even being 10 years old. That is disappointing. That said the customer service support I have received to fix the windows has been very good. I just recently contacted them to see if they could provide me some paint that matches my windows and doors. The customer service representative extremely helpful and went to great efforts to find me some and deliver it to a location easy for me to get to (to save me delivery costs). I would do business with them again provided they could ensure me that the windows have improved and the warranty was at least 20 years vs 10. Tis because their customer support is so good.
