I had a couple of energy sessions with Tony this past summer and most recently I have been doing the Peace of Mind coaching. Tony has been an amazing mentor as he has helped me on every level as I navigate through a very tough time in my life. Dealing with anxiety, panic attacks and feeling stuck has made me forget who I am. Through Tony's coaching and videos, he has reawakened the person I knew I always was. I left my session with Tony feeling relaxed and trouble free. I felt lighter somehow. And hip pain I’d had for my entire adult life, was suddenly gone. It was the perfect reset that I didn’t even know I needed. I will definitely return for future sessions.

If you are a trauma survivor and in need of help, Tony is an amazing energy practitioner who can help you as you progress through your recovery journey. I am a high-functioning, serious/chronic trauma survivor with a very demanding life and have been going to therapy for years with steady progress. I am also a very energy-sensitive person, so my progress has continued to be unusually swift. Unfortunately in the last year I have hit a wall, and the pandemic has magnified all my internal challenges and paused my progress. I've felt for months like there was something outside my consciousness that was blocking me, but couldn't quite figure out what it would be. I tossed around the idea of somatic/body healing for a while but wasn't convinced because I consider myself very connected to my body and often skeptical because from experience, I know my trauma is often outside the realm of most practitioners' scope. I am a believer in the power of 3s so after somatic/body healing popped up on my radar for a third time, I decided to give reiki a try. What an amazing difference with my body, mindset and perception of the world around me and myself. Trauma survivors know that negative perception is a huge trigger for your anxiety and PTSD and wow, this has been the missing puzzle piece for me. I am already working on my mind and body, now my spirit needed some help. Not only has Tony been able to help me work through releasing trauma from my body, but he also recharges me, which in turn allows me deal with the day-to-day stressors much better and stay grounded for longer. I am so excited to see how far this journey goes, am optimistic for the future again, and very grateful for Tony and his incredible abilities & natural intuition.

I truly had an amazing experience! After leaving my session, I honestly felt euphoric. I feel peaceful, and so grounded. It was my first session, and I feel set free. I plan on continuing this as part of my life treatment for wellness. Thank you Tony!! I’ll see you soon!
