I avoid FedEx as much as I can. Just had someone ship to me and had to pay 11.30 to FedEx to collect less than 6.00 in tax. This is why my business will never use FedEx.

Still waiting for my LOCAL package. Its been nearly a whole month. The item is supposed to be "express" and was guaranteed to arrive well before christmas. Yet my tracker indicates its still somewhere in this facility. FedEx reached out to me twice, after I reached out to the company that I bought an item from~~they actually told me that they contacted FedEx but FedEx has not responded to them so they don't know what to tell me.. yet FedEx called me twice to ask if I had received it yet, I said no. They said they would call me back after they try to locate it. Its been 2 days.(I've been looking for my parcel for a week now.) If it is lost. PLEASE just mark it as lost so I can get my refund and get on with my life please. This is my second FedEx incident. Never had a problem with other courier services--even the smaller companies. In the span of 1 month I have ordered and received parcels from Amazon, Purolator, Pitney Bowes, and even a package from DHL which came from outside the country. PS. the customer service phone number (the main one AND the tracking department number) both are so hard to operate and hard to get in touch with real people. The main number connects you to an AI, and makes you Speak and converse with the AI. The tracking department ALWAYS goes to voicemail (I have called 5 times at varying times of the day! The worst part is, there is nowhere to file a complain to because THEY are supposed to be the ones dealing with cases in the first place.

2 times FedEx driver don't even tried to drop my package, not even buzzed or called. They simply stick the door tag and go, which made me so angry and frustrated that I had to take time off from my work , pay taxi to get my package even a I paid fedex. If there is less than 1 star , I would do that. They are not eligible for 1 star even.

Had an amazing experience with FedEx Pick-Up Personnel/Driver ANDY! What an absolute sweetheart. He came back three times to help me out, went above and beyond his job role. Hey managers, if you're reading this - Driver Andy from Toronto deserves a hefty raise!!! 5 stars all the way for me ?. Would recommend FedEx to everyone I know. Please model your future employees after him and he could even be promoted as a trainer/manager, etc.

Be me Order package Its late "sorry we'll deliver it tomorrow" Fast forward to now Fedex doesn't bother contacting us System texts me to say address is wrong, driver leaves Call fedex "Why didn't you guys give me a call I could have come out" "WE'Re SorRY sIR buT fEDEX doeSn't GIve DrivERS cellpHonEs" Guess I'll be picking it up from here. YOU MADE 81 BILLION DOLLARS OF REVENUE IN 2021 GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES CELLPHONES YOU JOKERS. To whichever employee has to read this please pass this review along to Frederick W Smith and call him a rude name for me. Thank you.

After reading all the reviews I definitely thought I was in for a tough time. I was pleasantly surprised, the service was fast and efficient. I will say the entrance is very confusing, there is a big sign that says this location isn't open to the public but then another sign that says press here for customer package pick up. Still frustrating that FedEx didn't even attempt to drop off my package and I had to drive out to Scarborough plus the box was very broken.

We ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered today by Fedex. We live in a basement apartment underneath a commercial lot which doesn't have a doorbell, so Fedex sent us a text saying our item wasn't delivered because the address was incorrect. When we called, they said that their drivers don't have cellphones and have no way to contact customers if there is no doorbell or door to knock on. What shipment company doesn't give their delivery drivers cellphones in 2022?! We now have to go pick it up at this location. They should be paying for gas. Avoiding Fedex at all costs now.
