Please note that the pick-up time at this location for FedEx Ground is 12:30 despite the website and the signs in the store diplaying 14:30.

Pathetic service the website shows shipment out for delivery on vehicle since jan 5 and on jan 6 noon also is not delivered

I have to use FedEx as it is the shipping company my hearing equipment sends through. I thought I would try Staples Fedex shipping this time. It was a huge mistake. If I could give zero stars I would. Firstly, there were at least 4 people working behind the counter and only one person helping customers. It was going particularly slow, so the guy behind me went up to the desk and suddenly we were being helped. No smile, no eye contact, no β€œhello, how can I help you”.... I had a package that needed to be returned or I’d be charged $400, so I particularly wanted to make sure they did it right. The clerk did not know what she was doing, so she asked the clerk next to here that barely acknowledged her. I didn’t feel confident, so I asked for the package back so I could check it for anything that was missing. The clerk was blunt and said, β€œNo, it’s fine!” I felt completely brushed off. Fast forward two hours later, and I get phone call from FedEx from someone and I cannot hear on the phone, because the Staples/FedEx clerks had missed something. I then had to wait a few days to get someone to call on my behalf to sort it out. I had my email as a primary contact method, which SHOULD have been used - not everyone can hear on the phone!!! Thankfully, in the end the package arrived to where it was supposed to. I will NOT be back and cannot recommend Staple’s FedEx at all!

Status on my parcel is delivery attempted. Didn't even received a call both on my mobile number and from the buzzer. I called FedEx costumer service but they just asked me to wait until monday for them to try and deliver it again or I can pick it up on the nearest fedex location.

The delivery personal did not even use the buzzer facility nor the cell phone. We kept on waiting for the delivery the whole day. The notice of delivery was not even posted. It’s really disgusting and it’s a real ordeal when you are expecting a delivery by FedEx.

What a hassle with Fedex again. Every time a package from them there is a delivery problem. They can not find my address or a site enter code is not available. Never again! READ THE ENTER PHONE deluged

I was expecting my parcel December 15th here we are dec 23rd. I was Disappointed To learn they had sent it back .I informed fedex that my building has no intercom , there is no way For them 2buzz yet they say they buzzed my apt 3times.not even a door tag was left . How is this possible .. not to mention I call and spoke to them to have it for pickup DEC 15th yet they tell me its delayed . what ARE they going 2tell me next... not impressed .. For this reason I give 1β˜….
