C	C Mick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for express shipping, it took 7 days to get here. On the last day before I was leaving for the holidays, I received a text saying they couldn't deliver. The staus of delivery stated "the person or business was not home or closed". First off it had freshly snowed and no one had come to my place, second there was no slip left to say were to pick it up. I tried several times to have them redeliver, and was given every excuse as to why it wasn't happening. I kept telling them I was leaving the city early in the morning. They didn't care. I ended up calling the company from where I had ordered from and had to cancel the whole order. Worst service ever. Merry Christmas with no gifts.

T	Tanner Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute horrable service, had them send in an expensive package to get repaired, apon returned they supposedly dropped it at my house with out saying anything or notifying me, when I got ahold of costumer service after waiting 45 min, I got ahold of some one and tryed explaining my situation however due to his lack of English he tryed his best however the situation did not get resolved. Waiting for an response to see what there gunna do about it
L	Linda Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well that was pleasant! NOT The driver buzzed my apartment was difficult to understand but I heard fed ex so I said I'd be right down. Got downstairs to find my parcel sitting in the lobby by the door and the driver gone. Anyone could have scooped it up before I got down the 3 flights of stairs. You'd think they'd wait a second to make sure the right person got it but no! Not impressed as usual! Glad I hardly ever get a parcel from them.
