★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse unloading experience in my 15 years of driving. Lumpers locked my trailer air line and went home.. Was told by the unloaders that they would bring paper to my trailer when finished. Nobody in office when I went inside to check on things. No access to warehouse unless office opens door. FINALLY was able to flag down a warehouse worker to open door..To top off my awful experience their attitude about all this was a Huge I really could give a rats ass that this happened to you

Short story we show up.with a appointment and the good manager (sarcasme) and i dont know why they put it 3 days after the must horrible thing is when my driver show up nobody was occupied the team to unload was there they had the time to.unload but with all these they decided to unload in 3 days and the top of the top they dont pays for lay over storage fee
If you want a good advice please avoid this place if you are trucking company or a owner opp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ South on King Edward and you will see the coop red sign. Turn left at the lights north of the building.
Take the first driveway on your right and snug your truck to the north curb. (Helps the drivers unloading in that area be able to leave)
Check in (very tedious process atm) and receive for assignment. There in a thin road ahead of you if your door isn't on that side. Take your door (nice easy back in) and check in with warehouse staff.
Always been very quick and efficient. Warehouse staff is very friendly. Always a pleasure to deliver here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible management won’t take your order if you don’t have steel toes which I’ve never had a prob with before then all of a sudden one day they wouldnt take the 2 boxes I had for them, I understand there situation but the guy had no respect on actually talking to me like a normal human being and started yelling right away these guys need to take a chill pill and manage this company better, they also take an hour break and I have to wait an hour sometimes just so they can take my order highly don’t recommend dealing with them if you don’t have to, honestly don’t know how there still in business
