★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it wasn't for other companies subcontracting Fastfrate I would never ship with them by choice. If you don't need your product for a few weeks, ship with Fastfrate. If you need your order in a prompt matter, ship with a different courier.

Delays purely on their account of not wanting to deal with it (meaning they have your shipment for multiple days but are unwilling to actually have it dealt with) Rude, rough handling. Unreachable. Very poor communication. Terrible all around. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If would give this place negative rating !! I am very sorry and extremely frustrated that one of our shipments ( 2 pallets ) from Vancouver terminal was transported with this company. Almost 2 weeks from the date it was picked up in Vancouver and still don't know where it is.
We will never use Fastfrate as a shipper again...ever.
Use a trusted company such as Kindersley Transport or Vitran. Save yourself the frustration!
