★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever rent U-Haul services from this location they will try to gouge you and tell you one thing you call U-Haul directly they give you a proper quote on what it should be and then it gets argued and they don't want to honor what you were told by actual U-Haul

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could write a review that was harsh worded and mean I would but I'll keep it civil. The service here for renting a uhaul was abysmal. They gouged me on a price, and didn't keep their word on my reservation! I reserved a truck and some furniture pads online and they gave the truck to someone else despite me having this reservation 2 weeks in advance! The email said I would get everything as requested and I got NONE OF IT. I got put into a 15 ft truck which costed me waaaay more than I expected and he didn't even have the furniture pads. Hate it here, literally avoid this place at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable. Hours of operation depend on employee. Inconsistent stock. Horribly dirty inside and in lot, from garbage to household items, broken florescent tube lights, drug deals, no cameras or lights around back for safety. Their perk, they are open until 11pm... most days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting!! I had to give it 1 star because there isn’t anything lower. Pumps were not in good shape, bathroom had urine spattered on the floor, toilet seat was up & grossly dirty, no soap or paper towels/dryer, floor covered in god knows what, it was cluttered with stock sitting all over, attendant looked like a homeless person & smelled like a 10 year old ashtray etc. I didn’t want to touch anything & as soon as I got to my vehicle I sanitized my hands up to my elbows & still didn’t feel clean. Pass this dump by, there are other gas bars in Dauphin.
