Looking at this behaviour and the previous reviews about poor customer service, I’m really looking forward to being able to go to this specific location when a better team is in place

Placed an online order, I came in asking about prices on some bud I got before and was met with a girl who had completely cut me off rudely, did not let me speak. Question was not answered. A couple days before this incident a male employee was complaining to me (a customer) about how they need to overcharge customers more. Overall never coming here again. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Not to mention the staff writing 5 star reviews to get rid of the negatives ones that have a been pouring in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a regular, I’ll never be back. Sad hearing terrible news about a business and their ethics behind closed doors. Fired employees during the “endemic” whilst inflation causes food, natural gas, petroleum, rent,.. pretty much all living costs to sky rocket. Shame. How many of the upper management & their shareholders are happy on vacation. Sickening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old staff were great, they clearly fired or let go old staff to hire new people who know nothing, and who would be affordable, if bad at what they do. It’s been my regular place to shop, but the quality of staff has plummeted, poor social skills, incredibly poor manners from one of the men (coughing up loogies and generally being gross while I dealt with him). I’m incredibly disappointed in this transition and will be taking my business elsewhere, unfortunately.

This place is my go-to for any and all cannabis products. Plus you're encouraged to bring your dog inside the store with you!

The employees are all super friendly and so chill giving this shop a pretty nice vibe that feels similar to walking into a Leopolds Tavern (I guess they are actually related). Plus the prairie theme is pretty unique to our prairie province and each time you go in something new pops out at you. Great selection of premium buds which shows the items are chosen by the store with care and attention for quality. 10/10 would recommend!
