★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je viens d'essayer un de vos produits. Il s'agit du mélange à pain Tradition 6 grains. D'abord j'ai trouvé le prix élevé: pour deux pains qu'on fait soi-même presque 7.00$ ... ouf! Ensuite les explications devraient être modifiées. Cela prend plus d'eau et on devrait mentionner de le pétrir au moins dix minutes chaque fois. La levée est très longue, il faut être patient. Le goût, toutefois est bon et le produit est bio mais massif.
I just tried one of your products. This is the Tradition 6 grain bread mix. First I found the price high: for two breads that you bake yourself almost $ 7.00 ... phew! Then the explanations should be changed. It takes more water and we should mention kneading it for at least ten minutes each time. The lift is very long, you have to be patient. The taste, however, is good and the product is organic but massive.
