About Far West Trucking Ltd
When Far West Trucking Ltd. was started in 1983 by Ron Steckly, we set out to build a company that would provide high quality customer service and safety protocols as core values. Now 37 years later, with Ron’s son Justin at the helm, we are continuing the tradition of this family owned and operated company which has been serving the oil and gas community for over 30 years. We have branched out with our services to other industries with a fleet of vehicles which provide versatility in the solutions we can provide to our customers.
Our company’s foundation is built on efficient and cost-effective service to achieve customer satisfaction. We are a growing company always looking for ways to better serve in our industry. One of the ways we do this is by keeping our equipment current and in good working order. We also have a COR certified Health and Safety program to keep us, and all those we work with safe on site and on the road.
Our talented and well-trained employees are people from the community of Carstairs, Alberta and surrounding communities. Far West Trucking enjoys being a part of the community and we support a variety of local community events and organizations.
