The service and overall experience was so great that I returned to get my own glasses here too. Great personalities, excellent service and a wide array of frames/brands to choose from. Bonus: if you're early for your appointment, there's a Tim Hortons/food court directly across from their door ?

Over all I am happy with my service and products. I am planning to go back to get a new pair of glasses too. Their frames are very nice. I recommend Famous Optical to those who are looking for quality service and product, with good pricing.

They have such a wide variety of glasses it was so hard to choose from, but the lovely people there helped pick the perfect frame for my face. I also got some contacts from here thereafter and turned out to be just as comfortable as the frames. Will definitely refer this place to all my friends and family!

Only one thing they provide eye glasses in bit cheaper price, but still it comes to a regular price. Went for my glass services to the clinic, approach towards us was like a stranger.. not comfortable.

I referred my family to this optical store recently and I was surprised when my mom told me that she bought the glasses during the first visit because my little sister is very picky. They respected my mom's budget (she doesn't have insurance) and did not try to oversell, the way another optical store did. I personally had great experience with this store as well whilst purchasing my glasses and contact lenses.
