β β β β β The doctors have always been great but could not say the same for the receptionists. I always feel like Iβm a burden and today was even worse. Iβm standing in front of the receptionist asking her questions but she tells me she has 5 people on hold so canβt help me... thatβs your job! Brutal

β β β β β The doctors are amazing, but the receptionists could use some lessons in manners and service! No the phone should not be answered with sarcasm as if you would rather be anywhere but have to answer the phone, it's you job! And if you need more information try a direct question rather than "what?!". And if you really can't learn how to be polite, find something else to do.

β β β β β Had an appointment booked for 2 months in advance which I was looking forward to. I knew i was going to be late for my appointment so i called 30 minutes before asking if it was okay (receptionists said yes it was fine), i drove and was 15-20 ish minutes late and they refused me service and treated me like I was stupid. Front desk ladies were extremely rude, using inappropriate tones and seemingly letting their own personal issues effect patients. I did not feel like i was taken seriously by this clinic. I then booked an appointment so I could get in a month later. So, I called a few weeks after my original appt, confirming the appointment they booked for me when i missed my appointment and the lady proceeded to use an angry tone and tell me there was no appointment booked, and i explained myself and she continued to use an angry tone with me and treat me like my health didnβt matter. I remained calm and I told her it mustβve been a miscommunication between the receptionists and i was extremely disappointed in the service i received. Will be getting a new family doctor because the front desk has absolutely zero compassion for the patients and has horrible customer service skills. I am very disappointed in this clinic and will not recommend it to anyone.

β β β β β I donβt know what the doctors are going through right now but Dr wonβt see me at all because I had to miss an appointment because both my son and I had covid. We got sick Sunday and Monday was our appointment. Admittedly I was 20 mins late phoning in to cancel for a early morning appointment. Been going there for years, sometimes twice a month, missing maybe 3 appointments through those years. Never seen him before, as my doctor is on leave and he took over their patients. Absolutely in disbelief that thatβs how I was treated. Iβll never go back, and Iβm switching my family doctor. What kind of doctor does that?!
