Today I stopped in quick for a tub of icecream & when I got home (I only live 1 minute away) the icecream wasn't even frozen... I could stir the entire thing like yogurt... I highly recommend that the owners check/maintain their freezers properly. I am sad to admit I do not trust to buy from the freezers there again. This is not the first time I feel I have wasted my money on sketchy food.

They carry some great local items, and have a decent selection of alcohol items that are available. Staff are always friendly, and things are easy to find.

The cashier only says it after I do when she’s close to finishing ringing in my groceries. Good luck getting a thank you or goodbye. Is it that difficult to appreciate and recognize your customer’s with a simple hello, thank you and goodbye? I don’t know how many times there was no conversation at the till except between the two working there. One of these days going to snap and say this all out loud to them. I guess for now I have more manners then them. Such a small town, you’d think they would do as much as they can to keep you wanting to come back. Coop is not much better. No one in the store except the cashier will say hello to you. The clerks front facing and filling the shelves do their best to not make eye contact with you. The manager over there will make eye contact with you and still not say hello. Unbelievable.

Just moved to Oakbank last month with a family of 4. Nothing “Family” about this place. I would rather drive into the city. I will never come back.
E	Ernie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little store, handy when you are on your way home and don't want to stop in the city. Never had a problem with "mask exemptions". Always wore my mask as I should and never had an issue. Has most of the products you need. Great steaks for BBQ's.
