Je dois enlever mes étoiles car je ne sais pas si depuis ils ont repris le dessus , j'ai changé de pharmacie vu les difficultés intenses, car pendant plusieurs mois après le décès du propriétaire, c'était épouvantable, pour les employés et clients.Le service était rendu horrible et ce n'est pas les employés qui sont à blâmer. La bannière familiprix n'a pas à se féliciter dans l'accompagnement de leur franchise quand un drame survient, l'argent primait au delà du bien être des employés. Je ne recommande pas cette pharmacie. Malheureusement, c’est la plus près de chez moi donc… Aussi, il faut noter que les médicaments ne sont jamais préparés à temps, malgré que j’appelle bien avant d’aller chercher la médication… Professional 0 service ... it is very disappointing. C'était le meilleur pharmacien qu'un client pouvait avoir, mais aussi, une personne au grand coeur, plein d'empathie et à l'écoute des autres. Si triste de voir quelqu'un d'aussi gentil et talentueux nous quitter aussi vite. Même si j'étais juste sa cliente, je ne l'oublierai jamais... Pourriez vous garder le nom de sa pharmacie en son honneur? I am so saddened to learn of the death of Mr. Jonathan Santerre. He was the best pharmacist a customer could have, but also a big-hearted person, full of empathy and attentive to others. So sad to see someone so nice and talented leaving us so quickly.
