From the minute we walked in the door, until the drive home after the funeral. We were treated like nothing else in this world matter but what we were going through. We were treated with such care and compassion, during the most difficult time we will ever experience. We Thank you so much for helping my family in our most tragic time of loss. We never expected Families First to deliver the flowers to our door step when we were ready for them. John took care of everything on our behalf. I don't know if this is part of the whole Families First package, but it certainly was part of ours!

From the very first contact, right through the planning stage and to the service itself, the incredible people at Families First are the most professional in this business and made a horrible situation, such as the death of our Mother Carol Harron, into an inspiring tribute to a very beautiful woman. My family, our closest friends and I all felt as if she was given the same treatment as a Royal family and a service fit for a Queen. From the start of the at-need arrangements... to the celebration... to the closing ceremony, all who attended were so appreciative of the extra efforts and care of every staff member and their assistance . Admin, Directors & Hostess made sure every wish materialized and all ran smoothly. Their work went above and beyond this grieving family's expectations and in doing so, loved ones could share and console each other during this heartbreakingly difficult time. They will do everything to ensure you are taken care of, from cancelling your loved ones government ID to ensuring your loved ones are taken care of with respect and kindness. They hold your hand through the whole thing! Even with covid right now they are still so supportive and helpful! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

As soon as you needed something they jumped into action. We were taken care of by Randi who went above and beyond for our family, we truly felt welcomed and at ease with her. She was understanding of our unique situation, and was able to work with us to ensure all our requests were met. I would highly recommend Randi and the staff at Families First.
