★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairyland Theatre is absolutely astounding at what they do. From the first moment that you enter the studio, you are completely enchanted, captivated, and taken to whatever theme you have chosen. Their decorations, backdrops, and props completely engulf you and take you into your theme. The first hour of entertainment is wonderful for children and parents alike. Professional entertainers are extremely engaging and catering to all age groups and all children absolutely love it! If you get the catered second hour, you will not have to lift a finger at your child’s birthday party!!! (Who has a toddler and doesn’t dream of that?!). Fairlyland takes care of the food and the cake and the cleanup. From all other party places, I honestly say that this place is the most accommodating and professional.
If you do not go with their food package, they are extremely helpful and flexible with anything you may need.
All in all, if you would like a true immersion experience where your child and his/her guests will be wowed, look of further. I promise you this will be an unforgettable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family hosted a birthday here and it was magically sweet. The actress playing as a princess really gets into character and makes the play memorable for the kids. If you are expecting something grand and spectacular like Disneyland you are over shooting. This place is small, but they make use of what they have and cater to your needs to make it special. I definitely enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy And extremely satisfied with Harry Potter and Hermione Granger performance/show that they put up for my daughter’s 10th birthday. They were very entertaining and had a lot of activities planned for the kids. We had originally planned for a backyard party and set up a big gazebo but unfortunately it rained so hard that we had to keep the party indoors. I was worried that the kids might get bored but that didn’t happen at all. The performers kept them entertained the whole hour that by the time they were done the kids were all hungry and had great appetite and all wanted to relax after and watch Harry Potter Movie. My daughter’s birthday party was a great success and they definitely contributed to that. So thank you so much guys! I will surely be using your services again for the next bday party. All the best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my daughters 5th birthday at Fairyland theatre we did the frozen theme. The party was amazing! The staff was beyond helpful and made her fairytale party perfect. When the pizza I had ordered didn't show up on time, they helped to entertain the kids longer while i figured things out. The ladies were so sweet with the kids and helped so much with the party. The price compared to other play places and entertainment centres was amazing. We were overall very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to have another party there or to recommend it to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had 3 birthday parties for my sons. All 3 were a success. The service was great, parties and games were all different so my guests did not get bored, kids got to dress up in different costumes and got face painting. The entertainer at my last party was very professional and patient since the kids were really young and shy and were not very cooperative at first. But when they got used to everything, everyone had a blast. Definitely recommend Fairyland for birthday parties. They will create a perfect party for any age!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We celebrated my son's 4th birthday party there this past weekend. The kids had a blast! There is a medium sized play area there. The main area is for the themed shows that they have available. We got the Batman theme show and it was great. The actor playing was very respectful to the kids. Not condescending to kids who were a little afraid to participate; was also encouraging to the kids that were enthusiastic about the seeing the show. Very inclusive over all. The time line for the party went very smoothly and was surprised that the booking time was winding to a close. It seemed to be the right amount of time and activity. The hostess Nadia was very pleasant and happy to help us. Also she was well organized throughout our time spent there. The food was surprisingly good too. All in all, I would recommend trying Fairlyland Theatre if you are wondering what to do for your child's next birthday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place a one star, but in all fairness the staff was friendly and the kids enjoyed the party.
That being said, the first thing I was told when entering the place is the fact that the only washroom is broken and not to be used for "#2". They apparently have another washroom in another part of the building for those guests who need a washroom for "#2". The washroom was in bad condition without any toilet paper. They also made sure to announce the "#1 and #2" rule on the speaker, which was embarrassing to our guests.
The rest of the place was not in a better condition. There was dirt and leftover food everywhere and the coffee maker water reservoir was so dirty that nobody even bothered having coffee. The juice that was included in our package came from a bottle that appeared to have been used before, probably at another party.
When the party was over, we literally had minutes to get all our belongings out and had to move everything to the front lobby so the they can clear up the space for the next party, instead of allowing us reasonable time to leave without being pressured.
I have participated in numerous birthday parties for both my daughters and their friends, and this place clearly needs some work done to bring it to an acceptable level, especially for the price they charge.
The issues I raised are not an isolated case and in fact have been ongoing judging by other reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had called them for our son's birthday party, lots of issues since the day we booked them,they kept on changing rates, not responsive to phone calls or messages, have to call them multiple times,we had the host and entertainer, the entertainer was hardly performing with the kids. The package included face painting but they came in late and didn't even cover those times and just cut short the program ,for name sake they did the face painting for the birthday kid and one other kid. But the package was for 15+ kids..Looking at the painting box itself we could say they hardly do any programs everything was dry, old and hardly liquid to paint. She spoiled the kids face. Will never book again or recommend to anyone.worst $330 dollar ever spent.
