We worked with Jamie Lewis Advisor and Niall Crosbie Manager and can't say enough about how responsive and professional they were to our needs and requests. From the initial consultation, design phase with Interior Designer Ivonny Saputra to the finished space, we can't say enough about how easy and timely the process was. There were no hidden costs or surprises to deal with. There was absolute transparency which was so refreshing! The quality of the millwork and other trades work was outstanding. We would highly recommend FairTrade Works to anyone who has a project to be done. Thank you so much!!

Ivonny's design is a big improvement on what we had before, and it is very functional in our somewhat small space. We enjoyed working with Jamie as our project manager as well. The trades that he brought in to do the work were professional and respectful of our space.

When outdoor or indoor issues occur, I can always rely on Jim Perkins to come to my house and give me sound, practical advice. No job is too small for FairTradeWorks. Drawing upon his vast construction knowledge and experience, Jim Perkins always proposes suitable options without overselling or attempting to sway me towards the most expensive course of action. Considering the age of my house, Jim Perkins usually suggests that taking the more economical, yet workable solution might be the best way to go. Since 2014 when I first contacted FairTradeWorks, Jim Perkins has competently resolved and facilitated for me several outside and inside drainage, and electrical problems, as well as some minor pavement concerns. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his company FairTradeWorks.

I have to say that I was feeling very overwhelmed at the thought of doing renovations in my condo and finding a company who would be the right fit for me. I first met Jamie during an open house for another project that FairTradeWorks completed in my building and we seemed to connect. Suddenly the feeling of overwhelming turned into a feeling of excitement for what I wanted to accomplish. My renovation consisted of removing a separating wall between the kitchen and living room/dining room as well as redoing the flooring and ceiling. Everyone that I had contact with during the project was very professional and respectful; no question/concern was ever too big or too small (even the picky little things). As my advisor, Jamie was very responsive and accommodating and always made sure that I was happy with what was happening and the outcome of the project. The COVID pandemic added extra concern to my project but the health and safety of everyone was at the forefront and it didn’t seem to impede things at all. In the end, I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I now have this beautiful open concept space and a much more functional kitchen. It’s airy and bright and ready for entertaining. The completed look is amazing and I can’t wait to show it off!

K	Ken Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're a personal training studio and we hired Fair Trade Works to do a tear down + renovation of our space. The people that we worked with was Sean & Ben. They were very accommodating with scheduling and took the time to understand our business and what we wanted to do. They also helped us maximize our operations during the renovation time, so we could keep a healthy cash flow. There were a few hiccups on the way, but mostly had to do with waiting for permits from the City. They were also very fair and were willing to negotiate with us when our budget was tight. All in all, it was a rewarding experience for us as it was our first time doing a large scale commercial renovation and we were pleased with the end result! Would definitely recommend these guys f you're a small business looking for someone to take care of your renovation needs.
