I decided to do the quick loan process on their website and today I signed the papers for my loan! It was painless, the payment schedule works well with me and everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and willing to explain anything I had questions about! Very excited to deal with them in the future when I start looking at homes! Thanks guys! You've made a difficult process very easy and manageable!

I was asked by fairstone here in thunder bay to write a review of the company. To date i have had a few loans with this company and for the most part I have found the staff here at fairstone in thunder bay branch to be very professional and most helpful to my needs. They are very open to my concerns in regards to my loan or loans that i hav or had and have been very flexible to my needs. If at anytime i have had a problem in regards to payments. I have for the most part contacted the btanch manager of this branch, voiced my concerns and she has helped me over and above what would have been a more serious stituation. I comend both the manger Tammy and her staff to a job well done and I hope to use the service of fairstone in the future. Hats off to you fairstone in thunder bay keep up the good work. Thank you for allowing men to express my appreciation . Take care and be safe.

She was so detailed and helped us figure the best way to do things to better help our finances. We were very pleased with how she treated us and understood our wishes and got us to the perfect state. We walked in as strangers and felt like friends when all was said and done. We definitely recommend this company and its staff. They were all friendly and made sure we stayed safe with this new normal in the Covid times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two star review for the staff and how nice they are, they are also very quick and easy to deal with. That being said please be careful with loans from this place, interest rates are sky-high and they don’t tell you that interest is calculated per day on some loans. They also do not make it clear that extra insurance on the loan is optional. It is already added onto the paper before they even speak to you about it (they receive benefits for selling you the insurance). They take you through the documents before signing and explain everything to you, which is great. Except they leave out the most important parts on purpose. They take advantage of people, be warned.
