I know there will be issues when building a home..but its there ignorance and there attitude of business ....i am paying Mortgage for house they are are trying to build its been 2 months. They closed my home with hole in the Kithchen, the wall going out side the home for the vent, no shower glass.. wall with holes, dry wall tape not patched...so u raised my concern to the builder no response then to the service management "Chris Mauro" then i talked about with the heads....his response was if your don't like the house...i will give your money back....long story short....they booked the glass guys to fix the problem...glass contractor came and told me they can't install the shower glass they way the walls were...so i reported to the office they asked me what you mean they can't install...i said this is the concern i been trying to raise for a month....once agian it went in the air.... Next day they enter my home without my permission while I was at work. I only found out when i calledto see when they will work in my home....then there attitude was well sorry...... We agreed on many dates time to get things rectified... while i took time off to get things done is either no show or this can't be done bcz something in the house is not ready...... Now i took time get things rectified again it was booked on mid December 2016 now December 30 telling me again that the can't do it bcz they have to do other home.
S	Steve Ragani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE!! Fairgate Homes has lost all if any credibility it once had. The absolute worst customer service imaginable with constant missed appointments, zero ability to respond and reply to any emails or voice messages and frankly a terribly finished home with many errors that have never been fixed no matter how many times I try to contact them. Mold found in the basement, broken glass left on the floor, missing tiles from bathroom and laundry room, light switches and outlets that did not work, cracked foundation in garage, brand new hardwood scratched everywhere, garbage left in vents the list goes on and on. This builder is bottom of the barrel and I will NEVER purchase a house from this builder again. If you do decide to purchase from this builder then be prepared to be disappointed and walk in to a disaster of a S@#T house.

In my experience, I'd buy another Fairgate Home just because they build a great house in such a saturated market where builders rush to build something sub-par. Fairgate doesn't rush but they are still punctual. Each house they build, they ensure that a high level of care and consideration is met. Fairgate Homes is made on a set of family values and still carry the family tradition. In my opinion, buying from a builder with such a strong set of traits is the best thing a home owner could ask for. Hands down, very happy and satisfied with my home.
