★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place couple weeks ago for my eye checkup and my glasses. My experience was super good. Staff is very nice and friendly. Moreover, they made new pair of glasses within few days just because I was in hurry to get new one. Highly recommended this place.

Dr Alison and Monique are splendidly so accommodating plus the other staff (sorry I wasn’t able to asked her name), fast services, and truly a 5 star. I was there awhile ago. Highly recommended. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went when there was a promo for 50% off lenses. The frames I wanted were out of stock so Jules helped me find a pair that were even better.
Unfortunately the glasses came with a small chip but they ordered a new lens once I called them about it and they fixed it in one trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Factory Optical was amazing, Lana greeted me at the door and was willing to help instantly. I did not purchase my sunglasses originally at Factory Optical but Lana treated me so well and fixed my sunglasses perfectly and cleaned them. They wouldn’t let me pay for the adjustment, couldn’t of asked for better service! Thank you Lana and Factory Optical for making my day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spend more then $900/- on Tom Ford Glasses, they sold me demo frame seating on shelf. Gold / design wore out in few months. Does it look original Tom Ford now ??? Waste of money.
Updated to Marketing officials , received call from store manager Monique in few days. What a great customer service, Impressed !!!!
Got a replacement directly from Tom Ford , used for more than a month now and looks amazing then the previous one.
Additionally I bought another high-end glasses.
Kudos to store manager for excellent services. !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently broke my only pair of glasses. Monique at Factory Optical helped me pick out two new pairs that better suited my face and were reasonably priced. It was the week before Christmas, but she was able to get one pair rushed through in just a few days so I had at least one pair of glasses over the Christmas holidays. I am very pleased with the friendly and attentive customer service I received and would 100% recommend this office to a friend.
