I am normally easy to please and don't write reviews often, so the fact that I am writing this one indicates how strongly I feel that what I experienced at this Primrose location was completely unacceptable. Though prior owners and staff have always been great and I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, the brand new owners at this location that served me have turned me off enough that I will not return. They blindsided me with the most relentless sales tactics that bordered on bullying - the worst that I've experienced anywhere. I was disappointed that as new owners, they were so pompous and wouldn't be more professional or courteous to long-standing customers. Obviously they didn't want my business so they won't have it.

Very friendly staff.Beds are clean and bulbs are updated regularly.staff attentive to customers needs. 2 years later...i was very excited to go for a tan for the first time since covid. Went in to see if they had any openings, they did. I forgot my glasses and was going to use my husband's new ones and was told we couldn't share them. Weird since we are married but whatever. Then she noted my lotion on file expired since I last tanned. It has no expiry date on it but that's beside the point as I had a new bottle. Two years ago I was told that the solid black we were using was ok. Now with new owners, i was told that it had to be a lotion they sell in the store. I asked for a list of the lotions they sell so I could shop around online. I was told I had to buy it from their store since the ingredient list on the bottle I bought online might not be accurate. I have been tanning at this location for years and am extremely disappointed in these new rules and the treatment I received today.

Fabutan will no longer let a member use their tanning hours until they buy new googles and lotion from them. Outrageous money grab!! Will never return.

I have been using the services of this location since they first opened. the original owner were fantastic, the studio was clean, the beds all operated properly and I felt they valued my business. Fast forward to the winter of 2022, Rule #1 - You must buy lotion from us at an extremely inflated price or you can not tan ($80.00 available on line for $25.00) - Rule #2 You must purchase new goggles from us ever 12 months or you can not tan. (sorry the exact same googles you just bought at the wholesaler "still in the package") do not meet our criteria. Did I mention that 2 of the 3 beds don't stay open and unless you are ok with the bed actually touching your face you are in trouble. The out of town owner is not to concerned about the reputation or the continued patronage from existing clients, I highly suggest you keep on looking for an alternative location to tan.

Well I have been going to this store 16 years when it moved locations I followed. In the last 2 or 3 years it's under new management. Have put in different policies. You have to buy your glasses and lotion from then.or they say you can't tan. If you miss an appointment they have a fee . And to be honest I did miss 2 appointment recently. And had every intention of paying. But last night I went to my scheduled appointment and the store was closed . I did not receive a call.to tell me . So when I went tonight and was told I have 2 no shows. I said since I came last night and waisted my time. How about I pay for 1 night. Just to be fair. I was informed I was called to be tod they were not open last night. So I had to pay the 2 fees. Or could not tan there anymore. So I guess after 16 years I'm l looking for a new place to tan. If I would have actually been called and told they had to close Monday. I would have paid the fees. But to be told I have been given a message that didn't happen and told I can't tan there any more .over a 1 day fee I guess I will find a new location.

Don't waste your money here, I decided to go in for a tan. It's been a few years, go in my account is still active and I have minutes left woot woot! New rules you have to buy Goggles and lotion from them now every 12 months. Now lotion minimum 80.00 goggles 16.00. What???? If you don't want to use lotion you need a doctor's note to not use it! Again what?????? I bought a sample pkg of lotion to try to use up my minutes I went for 2 tans then they refused to let me use my last 20 min without buying more lotion. I am incensed at this price gouging ,rip off, con artist. I don't normally rant but I've actually worked this industry for many years earlier. I'm affronted.

I have been coming to this location for a couple years and always had a great experience until the new management came in over covid. Tanning is suppose to be an easy experience but it won't be here! Find a different location. I just started tanning for the winter 3 weeks ago and every time I go here it is a bad experience. They sometimes aren't there when you have a scheduled appointment. They turn you away if you don't have NEW goggles ( I didn't bring money to buy new ones but I did have the pair I bought last year), if you call to cancel an appointment they still charge you a no show fee ( I didn't give them the 2hours notice but it was never a problem in the past and p.s. I didn't get notice when you decided not to open your store). My husband was harassed every time he went that he had to buy a lotion from them. He ended up emailing management back and forth and it ended in a call where manage.e t admitted the lotion is not necessary! Also, I read through the reviews and noticed the good reviews are from the management team.
