T	Tigger OHare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instead of tossing your favorite gear, you might want to head over to Fabricland and check it out. They have an amazing inventory. I replaced all my plastic ties that werebreaking with metal ones i bought from this wonderful store. It is the perfect place to work out a project.
Q	Quirky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok. The fabric selection is so-so. There is not a lot of good quality fabric in solid prints. And they often sell out and don't carry quality staples, like linen, viscose, wool, silk. And even when they do carry them the colors selection can be very lacking. Anything nice is very expensive easily $22-$30-$40 a meter for most fabrics. There are sales, but prices are still expensive. As for service it is generally good, but the younger staff are noticeably more kind and friendly , helpful and knowledgeable then the older staff. The older staff can often be heard making inappropriate rude comments at the younger staff, and ganging up on them... also some of them are rude have a really poor attitude to customers as well. Also they need to buy better tools, 2 pairs of pliers to cut the chains or open them up with. They are lacking even basic tools to do their job. If you need to buy chain, you better bring your own pliers.

The online website worked great for choosing fabric and everything went smoothly. I got everything I needed. I have to very cautious about covid protocols to protect a loved one. This was perfect. When I arrived , I was met at the door with someone to greet me and orientate me to the store. I was a newby to quilting, with hopes to make a simple quilt for my husband. I needed help to get material for borders and some instruction how to do it and how much material I needed. Janet, an employee that was working that day was so kind and helpful, she did not rush me, but gave me the time I needed for her to help me with colours and fabric. I was so grateful. She went over and beyond her responsibility to help me. I had a wonderful shopping experience and wish all stores had a Janet. I would highly recommend Fabricland in Sudbury.
