A drapery cleaning requirement that started easily enough went sideways with unexplained delays that caused us some concern, but Erin took the matter to task and located the 'in limbo linens' and made arrangements for expedited cleaning and retrieval.
Tammy at Head Office accommodated us pleasantly for our troubles and I look forward to doing future business with everyone at Fabricare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for the Work From Home crowd who relocated but need to make an office appearance once in a while. Had 3 days of meetings/dinners and cycled through 7 shirts. Was blown away by the condition of my shirts upon pickup. Considered throwing one out but decided to see what this place could do. Glad I did. It looks incredible and I liked the extra touch of separating the French cuffs and tacking them closed while on the hanger. They will have perfect creases next time I need them.
My Canada Goose came out nice too, considering the beating it took this winter. 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Fabricare for 5 Years now, and always leave with a Smile on my face. Whether it is because of an overall nice experience, (clean store, rewards program, clean laundry (; ) or the friendly staff. Erin is wonderful, every time I am there I see Erin go out of her way to help people. She helps me when I bring my daughter in, entertaining her, or pushing her around the store in the carts. She is very attentive, always on the ball, very professional.
I appreciate everything Erin does for me and other customers who visit the store. I will miss her if I ever get my own laundry facilities!!!
