Je ne veux pas mettre toute l’équipe dans le même bateau, mais je suis tombée sur une femme qui refusait de répondre à la moindre question en me tenant une carte d’affaires à contacter. À noter que j’ai essayé d’appeler le centre à multiples reprises pour des questions au sujet de leurs services, mais personne ne répond. Je me suis donc déplacée au bureau pour poser une question. Est-ce trop demandant de prendre en notes les questions d’un client pour les transmettre à la personne qui pourrait y répondre? Apparemment, c’est une lourde tâche chez écho fab.
 Really disappointed with the customer service. I don’t want to put the whole team in the same boat, but I ran into a woman who refused to answer any questions while holding up a business card to contact. Note that I have tried to call the center multiple times with questions about their services, but no one answers. So I went to the office to ask a question. Is it too demanding to jot down a customer's questions to pass them on to whoever can answer them? Apparently, this is a heavy task at echo fab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved spending time here. It was my first FabLab experience. Everyone is helpful there. It has great tools and I really liked the setup of the large table when I was there as it gave a great make/learn and share experience sitting round the table talking to people about the projects etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasercutters, CNC, Vinyl machines, EVERYTHING your project needs they've got! The staff are really helpful, and the pricing is really fair.
Just know the lasercutters are kinda popular and sometimes have a sort wait to use them
