L'accueil était bien et le service tout autant alors je suis satisfait à date évidemment ce n'est qu'un changement d'huile alors ce sera à suivre pour la suite. Je recommande ce garage de mécanique automobile.

Un service très satisfaisant et de qualité. Le professionalisme de François est vraiment remarquable et son honnêteté rassurante pour ceux et celles qui s'y connaissent pas trop bien en mécanique. Je recommande fortement leurs services.

Don't go to this place! They will try to overcharge you claiming that they have done more work than initially was discussed. Here's my story: I booked an appointment with KIA Gatineau for wheels alignment. I was told on the phone it will cost me $69.95. I went there and i was told i need to leave my car for the day. When i asked why, they said they don't do alignments there and the car needs to go elsewhere. Then i was told i can go there by myself. I asked if the cost will be the same and the lady confirmed - $69.95. When i went to this place (Mecanique FB, at 24 Greber) the owner explained that sometimes it might cost more because they might need more time if any work needs to be done to the back of the car. I told him that i was quoted by KIA for $69.95 for the full service and they confirmed the cost will be the same. Then the owner said they will run some tests and will find out how much work needs to be done. He said he will call me in 15-20 min. to let me know. So i left the car at 9:30am. No one called me in 15-20min. Instead the owner called me at 10:25 to let me know that they need 1/2 hour more to do the back of the car and the total cost will go a bit over $100. I told him i will call KIA to discuss the situation and i am on my way back to the garage. I spoke to KIA on my way back and they said they will call him. I was back at the garage at 10:30am (1 hour after i left my car). The owner wasn't there. The technician told me that the owner will be back shortly. He came back at 11:05. In the meantime nothing more has been done on the car except that the technician drove it out of the garage and parked it. The owner started arguing with me telling me how much he hates clients like me and i need to pay for extra 1/2 hour. I tried to explain that he did not call me after he ran the tests to let me know how much it will cost and when he did that (at 10:25) i told him only that i will talk to KIA. I never agreed for the extra 1/2 hour work which hasn't been done anyways since i was watching my car after 10:30. Then he called KIA again and apparently they agreed to pay him for the 1/2 hour "work" he said he will bill them. So, now i need to go elsewhere to see if they have aligned the back or only the front of my car. As a result, i paid for full service and received most likely half of it. As for the owner of this place, I haven't seen in my life more dishonest and disrespectful person!!! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! YOU WILL BE ROBBED!

Best shop in town. Very professional, great service and price and just around good peoples. This is where all my vehicles go!

Our car died near the garage and we were in a bad position. The owner came to help us get it started, get it safely to his business and then had it fixed for us in a couple of days at a very reasonable price! Talk about outstanding service! We will definitely be back ! Thank you!
