★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm quite new to crypto and decided to try investing in bitcoin through ezBTC to see what kind of returns would come of it. I put in a few hundred dollars. After seeing little movement after a year, I decided to withdraw all of my funds in CAD. I requested the withdrawal via etransfer. When I made the request, I received a pop-up notice indicating that etransfers take some time to process, which is understandable. I waited over a month, and no e-transfer ever came. I then reached out numerous times via ezBTC's online chat support. They continuously gave me the "give it more time" spiel. After persisting for a number of days, the owner reached out to me personally via phone and promised that I would receive my withdrawal (and drop any applicable withdrawal fees) by the following Monday. Well, that Monday came and went along ago, and I still have not received my withdrawal. I have since been following up daily, and messages are never returned. In doing some research, it didn't take long to find dozens of other testimonies from other investors who had very similar experiences. Unfortunately, most had it much worse, as they had put a lot more on the line. I very strongly recommend staying away from this exchange!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give it less than 1 star I would, all of the positive reviews are fake. They will not give you your money back or send you your coins. Never use this exchange. It seems dave has responded, how about instead of writing replies to angry customers, you work on gambling your way to give user's money back? Oh and let me guess, withdrawals still have "no update, sorry" absolutely immature of you to continue receiving deposits even though you know you aren't going to give their money back.
