★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had window vinyl done here and it was given to us rolled up and very bubbly. As I was inexperienced I accepted this and paid but when I had to apply it to the window, there were many bubbles that appeared due to their negligence. I now have a window with bubbly images because I don’t have time to change this and reorder from someone else until later in the year. My order was also not prepared correctly or on time. Not good to work with in person either.

I do not have time as a small business owner to leave fake reviews at this time nor do I feel comfortable listing my full business on this platform. The service we received was window vinyl. It was rolled up and given to us with many lines in between (pictured here) which was impossible to eliminate when applying the adhesive to the window. It was my fault for accepting the final product but the company’s fault for producing it. We also ordered an additional item that was not included in the order and the sizing was off many of the images/letters we requested. As a small business owner, when a negative review is received I ensure to follow up and take the customer’s side instead of immediately assuming that the review is fake. I have chosen to leave a review as feedback which can easily be fixed by the company instead of further wasting my time in person. Trusting a business to elevate your own is difficult and time is very valuable when wasted especially during Covid.
