R	R O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having been seen my Dr. Kam for a thorough eye exam, I was greeted by the staff in choosing some new frames. The staff appears to be knowledgeable and trustworthy and very personable. Dr. Kam and her staff made sure that I had a follow up appointment, explained the test results, and made sure I went home with peace of mind. Not to mention that they take into account your overall health and make sure that you are referred to specialists if need be! I have been to both clinics and have always gone back for their professionalism!
K	Kate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had an eye exam, so I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment at the Eyesis in Brentwood. First of all, as a student they offer very affordable pricing. I was blown away that at the university they charge 90 dollars, but across the street at Eyesis, only 65 and they offer direct billing with some insurance companies, while the university does not. Then, I go in for my actual appointment, and was greeted by very warm receptionists and filled out my paperwork. I had my appointment with Dr Zia who was very kind, and patient with me, as i didn't know what to expect with my first encounter with an optometrist. At the end of the meeting, she answered all my questions, and I definitely had a few. She was very informative and professional, and made me feel at ease in the midst of all the strange equipment and lights that are involved with a routine exam. I will be going back for a dilation exam, and also to purchase my glasses there. Very happy with my experience!

Dr. Tran and his team provided exceptional care and consistently followed up with me to ensure my eyes were okay. Will definitely return here in the future for any vision concerns.

He was professional, thorough, and did not rush through the appointment. Ended up purchasing a type of new contact lenses that the optometrist recommended and they have been working out great! Would definitely suggest this clinic.

Dr. Dhiman is knowledgeable and took her time to check my apprehensive child's eyes. Then took her time to explain what she observed and next steps forward.

Staff are friendly,selection of glasses wide and the prices are reasonable. What’s not to like !
C	Clint H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update in response to the owner My issue is not the staff taking their personal time, my issue is the way the situation was handled. Customer service is terrible and great at making people feel unwelcome. I will never spend another dollar here again. But the next people that decide to shop here should read the signs and make an appointment to be treated well or don't bother going here. When I first arrived at the store everyone was cheery and nice and very helpful. I purchased my first pair of glasses then. When I came back a couple weeks later to pick them up it was like the place had a split personality. They lock the doors between 1 and 2 but I didn't notice the sign because the whole front of the store is covered in signs. I knocked and looked in the store because it was not lunch time wondering what was going on. They were all sitting at their desks ignoring me so in knocked again and the lady held up her fork and gave me an annoyed look as if telling me "Can't you see I'm eating?" I will never set foot in this store again. Customer service sucks!
