The lady working here is not well versed about her duties. i asked for eyesight checkup and she gave two diffrent prescriptions in just two days and charged me twice.Also she refused to gave me written prescription so that i could confirm another doctor. She just wants to make profit.

I had glasses( Essilor, Varilux with Crizal coating ) with Rayban frame , I was super happy with that, I work in construction field , play active sports, and the glasses and frame were beyond my satisfaction. I appreciate for having variety of choices Eyeglass City Optical provided. My wife and daughter also got best selection and very happy with the service .
This year, our prescriptions were increased and we got another pair of very comfortable and durable pair of glasses. I got Hoya, with anti fog and all other coatings( anti scratch, UV protection, etc) with Armani frame, I am very happy with this pair, same with my wife and daughter. Thank you EyeGlass City Optical for giving us new vision with comfort! I strongly recommend the business for excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady was extremely rude and did not have simple common sense on how to talk. Even if they did mess up (which they did admit) they provide no alternative soultion and expect the customer to provide payment again for a service/product that should of been done correctly the first time. Save your time, money and frustration by going to another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to them for 5 year and I have recieved best care, advise and pair of eyeglasses from them. I live in Vancouver and prefer to see them just because either of the staff memeber knows what suits me best in terms of prices as well as collection. So, I am definitely going to recommend them to more of my friends, collegues and family for their eyewear needs. Keep it up guys!!

Got two pairs of sunglasses and later went home and checked that she charged us twice the actual amount when compared to manufacturer's websites and other stores. Called her the next day, not only she refused to make any price adjustments but also used Covid as an excuse for not returning them. Worst customer service experience of a lifetime. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place.
