Appelez les pour un problème de guêpes et pendant 45 min le patron vous raconte sa vie et le danger des fourmis charpentières... Il suffit d'aller sur leur site web pour y lire je cite: ``respecte aussi la vie animale en privilégiant la capture à l'extermination pour de nombreuses espèces`` et regardez bien leur vidéo de promotion qui affiche fièrement leurs cadavres. Croyez-moi mieux vaut passer votre chemin. Don't waste time with these unprofessional people. Call them for a wasp problem and for 45 min the boss tells you about his life and the danger of carpenter ants ... Just go to their website to read it I quote: `` also respect animal life by favoring capture for extermination for many species, '' and watch their promotional video proudly displaying their corpses. Believe me better go your way.
P	Pierre Audette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On l'a appelé pour un intrus. Il m'a cité 275 $ pour nous débarrasser d’un écureuil. Son employé nous a dit qu'il s'agissait de souris. Il a dit qu'il continuerait à revenir jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient exterminées ou partis et nous montrerait par ou elles entrent dans notre maison. Le propriétaire nous a chargé un autre 275$ car il disait que le tarif pour les souris était différent que les écureuils. Ils ont mis et vérifié des petits sachets de poison lors de 4 visites et plus rien. Alors j'appelle pour parler de ma souris et il me parle de fourmis charpentières. Humm $$$ 550 $$$ pour une souris et on sait toujours pas par où l’intrus est entré. À vous de juger We called him for an intruder. He quoted me $ 275 to get rid of a squirrel. D	Darrold Hollett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He quoted me $275 to get rid of squirrels in my attic. He said he would keep coming back till they were gone. He set some rat traps and after 3 visits over a 10 day period there was a mother and 2 babies dead in the traps. After 4 days, I heard another squirrel in the attic and called him to come back and he wanted another $125. I refused to pay more as he did not deliver on his guarantee to get rid of the squirrels. I do not recommend a company that does not back up what they promise. I trusted him, I guess I should have gotten it in writing. Buyer beware!!!
