★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental truck - locked the keys in it. Didn't realize it auto locks. Anyhow, on a holiday and at 5:30am poor Diego had to leave his warm bed and come rescue me. He arrived within 30 mins and got me back into the truck. Thanks !! Great friendly service ???

If there's one company I'd trust with my car again it would be these guys , they showed up within 15 mins of my call and got me off the side of the road felt like a priority. thanks again guys. Definitely recommend to everyone. Diego the driver I had made sure to hook up the car and haul it in mint condition!

I'd been screwed around by TD auto club for over an hour and a half, meanwhile almost being clipped several times on a very busy part of Alta Vista, super stressed and upset my tire just exploded. This guy dropped everything to be at my side from across town within 20 minutes. Super nice, caring, professional, fast - everything you want in a moment of crisis. THANK YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently found myself in a difficult situation. My car had a severe failure (ball joint failure) on a busy road at rush hour. Ali to the rescue! Quickly hooked the car and got me, my car and my dog out of a dangerous situation. Delivered my car to my chosen garage. Explained all the charges, responded to messages quickly after dropping off car. Very friendly and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate in calling Express for any towing needs in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially called another company called Alliance who was going to charge me $300 for a 13 km tow. It seemed absurd so I did a quick google search and found EXPRESS TOWING. They were very friendly and told me it would be $120 + mileage which seemed very fair. The entire cost came to $170 including bringing it to my mechanic and they were extremely pleasant to deal with. They showed up within 30 minutes and sent me a picture once it was at my mechanics, and explained the situation to them for me. I was really happy and they'll be my go-to tow company from now on because they truly did a solid job and were friendly and reliable. Highly recommend!
