We weren’t allowed on our flights, huge over site from Lauren our specialist. She was un responsive when we needed her the most. We had to stay in a hotel another night at the airport so we couldn’t enjoy the next day bc the airport in Milan is an hour away from the city and 40€ more each way. Had to get new COVID test to fly through another country (that weren’t necessary on our original flight). We paid more for another flight the next day with 10 hour layover. Both of us missed work. Cost close to 3,000 in extra charges. All she said was that she was β€œsorry”. Sorry doesn’t it cut it. We spent hours looking for flights booking and re booking new ones through 3rd party companies. I racked up 4500.00 on my credit card in flights. Now I received 1273.00 back from delta in β€œcredit” (which we now have to figure out how to burn with in the next year). New rapid COVID pcr test costing €300 on top of the 100.00 we already spent on tests. We only booked through her to navigate through the COVID issues or we would never use a travel agent ever! She failed us miserably. It’s day 2 of returning back to a destination I don’t want to go to as my business and home is in San Diego, not Vancouver where I am travelling too now. So I will now have to purchase a new flight from Vancouver too sandiego after I quarantine in Canada. This has been a horrible experience and I got in return was a β€œsorry” as well as her casting the blame on my girlfriend. I specified when we started that I wanted extra leg room and checked baggage, I got neither and to fly through countries that allow us(she assured us we would be fine flying from San diego and returning to San Diego. We also suspect she over charged us due too the fact we paid more then 2550.00 for the return flight only to get credited $1273.00 from delta. I can’t say how disappointed I am that a professional failed us miserably. Now that I dive deeper into the company, I found that they aren’t even accredited with the better business bureau. Sometime companies need to be held accountable and I intend to take them to court if they do not provide us with cash back.

Lauren Pratt has always treated my wife and I like we were her only clients. She is very attentive and knows how to navigate the internet in order to promptly locate the exact information we were looking for. Now that there’s a light at the end of a long 2020 with a vaccine, it’s time to start booking a cruise! ?You won’t find any better customer service to book a holiday with than Arrif and his team. They go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% happy. Highly recommend!!

We love dealing with Lauren at Expedia Cruises at every trip we make. She has helped with numerous travel occasions. She always makes the process smooth, seamless, and stress free! Pre covid we booked a cruise to Mexico so of course all cruises were cancelled due to covid. She helped us with our refund. Lauren is really great to work with! What I love most about her is she responds very promptly to requests and has helped to make wonderful vacation plans for my family and I. We don't trust anyone else with our travel plans.

Gulzaar has been very helpful and professional in assisting us with our cruise package. We had to cancel a couple of times due to the pandemic and an emergency situation, and she has been assisting us in getting future cruise credits. We always receive a friendly response whenever we have questions regarding our cruise. We highly recommend Expedia Cruises!
