Everything was planned so well from start to finish, flights, transfers, hotels, excursions. Didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you Expedia Cruiseship Centers for such great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I have ever seen by an agent for a large group of people booking a trip for a wedding many months in advance. Nothing was done correctly in this entire process. A large number of rooms were also booked incorrectly and my heart went out to everyone who endured this experience. Absolutely unprofessional, unorganized, and very neglectful!

Angela was extremely helpful as she guided me through my options while booking a trip during these uncertain times. She showed me what tests I needed to take and even directed me to a center to do so. Very professional and was answering any questions I had through the process-will absolutely be using her for my next vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently booked an Alaska cruise. Our agent David did an outstanding job. He made a booklet containing all the information we needed. He even checked us in to the airline and cruise ship. The person at reception even said wow this is excellent as all our ducks were in order. He made it as easy as possible for us. The only thing he didn’t do was take our covid test LOL. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
