★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for Brazilian Cherry for the middle level in my home about 1100 sqft. I met with Jeff, he showed me different types of Jatoba flooring and colors. I picked out the Jatoba Orinoco custom color, he told me it would be a couple weeks and asked for a deposit. At first I was hesitant but I paid half first and waited until the wood had been made and ready to ship. A few weeks go by I didn't hear anything from Jeff about the progress I started to worry, but then he called me in the afternoon and told me the wood would be delivered either today or tomorrow, he then asked for remaining deposit, he assured me it would be delivered for sure so I paid it. It did not show up that following day but it did the day after. The flooring looked great no damages very pleased with how it looks. Thank you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the tigerwood flooring is just beautiful! We stopped by the store to inquire about the flooring and talked to Jeff and Tom. They agreed to install the flooring for us,,,,,,,we live an hour and a half away! We thought this was great, we thought we were going to have to find an installer where we live who had installed tigerwood before. After working through a few issues the work finally got done. What a great job done by the two installers. Can't say enough about the whole process. Definitely will recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wood is OK for the price. Delivery is a bit slow. There are some misunderstanding during my transaction as their google review is not so good. I got worried if I will get the floor I bought. It take a while and multi trips for the delivery of the over 2000 sqft floor.
I would say that Jeff is not that bad guy as some reviews said. Just he need to change a little bit on his way of doing business. If I can suggest something to Jeff, it will be think to outsource delivery when there is a big order especially in busy time. This will guarantee customer get their wood on time. You get happy customer, less "annoying call" ask for delivery like what I have did, better google review. Then better business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got my delivery. Very excited to get it installed. It arrived a week earlier than it was scheduled for, and they delivered it during bad weather when I am 4 hours away. You can not beat their price...thats a guarantee. Jeff and his men were very professional. If you don't buy here.....you will pay alot more, and wait a long time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great pleasure doing business with Exotic StoneWood Flooring. I needed to find Flooring to match my renovation extension, many places said that they could not do it .
ESWF salesperson John said that they can get me the Brazilian Jatoba 900 sq.ft stain it, dry, package, and deliver by February 15th.
We had prepaid 70 percent and were a bit uncomfortable as to if we would meet deadline with our installer. Jeff the owner of Exotic StoneWood Flooring came through on the evening of February 14th giving us a Valentine delivery with five ⭐️ rated Flooring for our job.
I would like to say thanks to Exotic StoneWoodFlooring it’s been a pleasure doing business with you, my recommendation is yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very disappointed with my purchase of Jatoba hardwood flooring as boards are too short. Manager Jeff promissed that 60% of box will be boards of 4 ft and longer. The fact is that 60% of box are boards of 1 ft!!! Longer boards are happen on rare occasion. I would never buy short boards.
I called and mailed Jeff but he is not responding.

We were a little worried with some of the comments but we reached out to Jeff and he assured us that everything was going to be fine. He even drove our delivery himself at night to make sure our flooring arrived a day earlier. I do truly appreciate that as we were on a tight deadline with our installer. Most problems arise when there is lack of communication and I appreciate that Jeff always got back to us and kept us in the loop.
