★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general, they were truly amazing. My whole process took less than 3 month from UK to Canada. The only thing that they can improve is the communication. I was not really aware of what steps I was going through or how many total steps would be there in the process. Would it take 8 months or 4? Passing just simple guidelines would have made things easier for me. But in anycase, their work was great and they did it perfectly! So no complaints.
