The exchange of mats is fast and because we have to be extremely picky with the thickness of the mat, Enoch always thinks ahead to make sure we are accommodated. The mats themselves are great. They look new, they smell fresh, (especially when Enoch puts the fragrance on it). He is always courteous when he parks the truck. That includes putting on the hazards and making sure he is not overstepping in the parking space. When he leaves, he always takes his time to be safe while merging into traffic.It's a bonus that his personality is cordial, charismatic, and delightful. Enoch is 75% of the reason we do business with Executive Mat Service.
