★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leur système de billets est en avance de minimum 5 minutes sur l'heure réelle. Sortez toujours votre auto d'avance sinon ils vous chargeront 25$. C'est des crosseurs.
Their ticket system is at least 5 minutes ahead of the real time. Always get your car out ahead of time otherwise they will charge you $ 25. They're crosseurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The garage was supposed to open at 12pm. The clerk was 1 hour late to open up on a sunday. I was waiting with 20 other customers on the sidewalk for over an hour. When the clerk showed up, one customer said "an hour late?" And the clerk said "I was stuck in f**ing traffic, you don't have to be a d*bag!!"
Very unprofessional/ inappropriate behavior from the employee here, do not leave your car here, you can not guarantee you will get your car on time!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, the garage is close and you don't have access to take out your until the next day when they open. The way to make more money. They have posted the 24 hrs price but don't let you take your car unless is someone in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked here for a few days when we stayed a weekend on St. Laurent. I ignored all of the bad reviews for this place assuming that it was only a few disgruntled customers...that was a mistake. This was probably the worst parking experience I have ever had. The fees are ambiguous, as it states "$10 Max" on the entrance, however it turns out that it's actually $25/day and the $10 price is only for 12 hours. The weekend hours are not ideal, we had to get our car out on Saturday night in order to be able to leave on Sunday morning since they don't open until noon on Sunday. To top thing off, they only took cash, which was not made clear when we checked in. In the end, the convenience of parking close wasn't worth the hassle of dealing with these people...I recommend finding someplace else.
