★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with animal abuse cases for 30 years and this place, is by far, one of the worst I've seen. Very very cruel to the animals. Excelsior is a torture chamber! Wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy! Avoid them at all costs!!
