I went there and spoke with Mike the owner of the shop, I had an issue with my car, some noises when I drove, I was told by CT that I need the entire front suspension on my car done, the quote was so high. I called Mike and he told instead of giving a blind price to show up and allow him to check the car himself, they found something loose in the front locks or links or something like that, 189.85 plus taxes...…. over 1000.00$ less than the apparent suspension specialist at CT!! Thank you Mike!!!
M	Marsha Carp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I know about my car is that I turn the key and it starts.....My battery died on my Volvo, she’s an old gal ;) but I love that car, so I went I the dealer to change the battery, after this the windows stopped working, the dealer told me it was a module problem and that I would need to spend quite a bit to repair, in fact he mentioned over 600$ to diagnose and repair, I went to see Mike at Excellent Garage Beaubien, he is the owner and head mechanic there, I explained to him about the battery and he told me he would connect some computer to try and program the windows, it worked!!!! 49.99$ I can’t believe the dealer was taking me for a ride like that, when I called the dealer they said that what Mike did was a temporary solution, well his solution lasted all summer and is still working.....Go see Mike honesty, compassion and fairness......you can’t ask for more.
E	Enzo Bianccino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I knew more about cars, my wife looks to me for answers but I know as much as a car works as much as I know about a rocket ship....but when I dropped off my Tucson to Mike and took all the time I needed to explained to me exactly how water penetrated a relay and was causing a short current or something, and my car wouldn’t start. By the way, I went to two other places and they all told me I needed to bring the car to the dealer. Mike at excellent garage is the real deal and probably one of the best mechanics I have seen, I suggest you speak to him when you call. Thank you Mike!!!

They do really great work, they never suggest something that you don't really need to do or that can wait a bit. They charge reasonable prices and explain the work that they do thoroughly. Be sure to ask about the winterizing service they perform.
H	Hadi Jamali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KEEP YOUR CAR AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE!!!! There are wrong and untrustworthy car diagnostics, fake, very cheap parts, and unreliable time estimations. I chose the garage based on the reviews, but my experience was an absolute disappointment. I went to the garage several times in late summer and fall. Two times for brakes issues and three times for changing very simple body parts. For the brakes, the manager said, "there is no problem with the brakes, we clean it and add grace, and it will be okay," each time they charged me ~ $120, the issue was still the same and gradually became worse. I came to the Toyota today, and they said I have to change the discs and pads because the issue has damaged them!!! It cost $680!!! As for changing Fender Liner, I asked and insisted on putting a good quality part. The garage manager confidently said those are Toyota quality! after one month's delay, they installed the part and charged me $160. When I checked the car, I saw that the fenders were extremely thin and had terrible quality. They also are partially installed, and the loose fender will provide less protection than my torn ones!!! I checked it with the manager, and he admitted that the Fenders are not completely matched with the body!!!! They gave me the car and got the money without telling me the parts are not properly installed!!!! Unbelievable!! I asked him to bring back the original one, but he promised they would order the right fenders and call me to come back to replace them. After about 50 days and several follow-ups, I am still waiting for it and driving with the loose fenders during winter!!
