β β β β β Meran is fully equipped with materials and mock exams for me to pass the exam. I attended both in-class then zoom classes as my exam date was further away from the expected date. He was very kind to let me into the zoom classes to review my knowledge again before the exam. Thank you Meran

With the help from Meran I was able to accomplish my goal of completing and passing the UBC real estate exam within 3 months. Under the circumstances of the Covid-19 pandemic, the online learning experience was exceptional in addition to the study material and the structured study plan leading up to the exam. I managed to pass the exam while working full time all thanks to the lectures and study materials. I would recommend Excel academy to anyone that wants to become a real estate professional!

β β β β β After years of schooling (including university), it's safe to say I've had my fair share of professors/teachers. I can say, with confidence, that Meran is one of the best I've had! He is extremely committed to his students, and does an excellent job at teaching the (often times complex) content in the course. He provides several great examples/stories when teaching, making it easier to grasp the information. As someone who never writes google reviews (this is my first one, ever!), I felt a strong need to leave one for Excel Realty Academy. I was truly impressed and trust I would have had a MUCH more difficult time completing this course if it wasn't for Meran.

β β β β β When starting my real estate course, I looked into a few different tutoring courses around the Greater Vancouver area & I am so happy I chose to go with Excel & Meran. I highly recommend going with his course! He is an excellent teacher and explains the material in a clear & concise way. I was especially worried about the math portion of the course & he made the material so easy to learn & those ended up being the questions that I felt most confident about going into the exam. He is very proactive in making sure his course is up to date, and you can tell he has put a lot of hard work into his material. Happy to say I passed my exam on the first go with a great mark and I attribute that to the help of Meran and his awesome course!
