The Sprinter Van that took our family of 8 (with 15+ bags of ski gear) was comfortable and plenty spacious. Doug drove very smoothly on the twisty downhill road from Whistler to Vancouver. Highly recommended!

Told them of flight changes and we needed a 3am pick up. Driver meet us at Pan Pacific for early morning flight. Very courteous and talked to us about the area. Got to YVR and helped with locating carts to carry all our baggage. Thank you Excel and we'll be in touch next time in your great city.

We've used them for going to various places and also to the airport and back since we tend to have a lot of luggage and need two car-seats and they show up on time with everything ready to go. Four different drivers have served us in the past and I have nothing but positive to say about each and every one of them. Bob was there for us on our first trip and was a big help in a number of ways and after that we had Howie a couple of times and he was great. There was a gentleman by the name of Andy once and most recently we had Nazz whom we had a pleasant experience with. They are professional and punctual which is super important and the vehicles are always nice and clean. I wanted to take a moment and write them this review after using them several times. Thank you!

They urgently coordinated multiple drivers and completed three border crossings over two days to help resolve our issues. We are beyond grateful. Howie demonstrates a work ethic and dedication to service which is nothing short of exceptional. We are so lucky to have found Excel, and wholeheartedly recommend them for any transportation needs.

When travel plans went haywire, Howie was extremely responsive within minutes and accommodated a 12-hour difference in our schedule. The vehicles were clean and luxurious, drivers were friendly and professional, and prices were more than fair. We will absolutely use Excel next time we are in the Vancouver area.

But the real reason I'm moved to write this review is because the dispatcher, Howie, truly went above and beyond to help me out. I'd reserved the ride from Whistler to Vancouver where I and my two teens, and 6 bags plus skis were to pick up a rental car at Avis. When we arrived i realized that I'd left my purse, with my wallet, driver's license, and all three of our passports back in Whistler! Howie didn't have another driver heading down to the city but he called around to other drivers and companies he knew in town and found someone who was heading from Whistler to Van within the half hour. He really helped me out of a jam and was very kind throughout. Thank you Howie and Excel Limo!
